The Health Systems Management Journal is an Open Access Journal that provides a quality publishing platform for health researchers. To maintain its Open Access business model, HSMJ will charge an Article Processing Fee of $175 US per manuscripts accepted for publication in the journal. The charges cover editorial costs and administrative costs.  Payments will only be done once the article has been accepted for publishing. 

Authors can request partial or complete waiver during the submission process. Waivers are subjected to thorough investigation because the amount charged is already low and barely covers the cost of publishing a manuscript. A discount may be granted for multiple submissions from the same authors during the same year. 

We encourage authors to request for partial or complete waiver at the time of submitting their manuscript for publication. 

A manuscript will only be published after payment has been done.
